I just made a batch of
German Potato Salad for our Women's Group. It was a hit! I didn't have frozen apple juice concentrate, so I used 1/3 c. honey and 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar instead. Worked perfectly. I actually ate more than usual, since I knew it was made with some healthy olive oil and honey instead of that mayo-based stuff. This is looking to be a perfect Labor Day Potato Salad recipe. Yum ;)
